  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved or monogrammed items).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Digital products or gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • You must include this RA number inside the return package to ensure your return is processed correctly.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipping.

Step 4: Return Processing

  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

3. Refunds

Eligible Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your payment account after processing.

Partial Refunds:

  • If the item shows signs of use or is missing parts or accessories, we may issue a partial refund.
  • Items returned in unsellable condition will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or if the wrong item was shipped.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like as a replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

During the Christmas holiday season, we extend our return period. Purchases made between November 15 and December 25 can be returned until January 15 of the following year.
